Please find enclosed a brief summary of plants in which our gear mechanisms have been installed.

Around 60% of our production output is destined for use in heavy-goods hoisting gear, such as:
lifting gear, auxiliary lifting gear and special lifting gear for assembly cranes and handling devices for fuel elements in nuclear power plants in accordance with KTR regulations, such as the Krümmel nuclear power plant, as well as others. The last such lifting gear had a capacity of 360 tonnes for the German company KWU Kraftwerksunion/ Siemens.

Gear mechanisms for lifting gear, slewing gear, trolley travelling winches and traversing gear for container cranes operated by Deutsche Bahn AG (approx. 70%), for instance in Cologne, Munich, Mannheim, Nuremberg, Hagen and Leipzig, as well as by Irish, British, Norwegian state railway companies and private companies.

Gear mechanisms for lifting gear, traversing gear and telescoping drives in large high-bay warehouses (e.g. Bregal, currently the world's largest high-bay warehouse).

All gear mechanisms for casting cranes, e.g. for

  • Sandviken, Schweden
  • Peine Salzgitter (to PSN standards)
  • ARBED, Differdingen
  • (to ARBED specifications)
  • Cockerill-Sambre, Charleroi (load capacity 280 tonnes, built to C.S. specifications, gearing calculated to AGMA standards)
  • Saudi Iron and Steel Company, Hadeed, Saudi Arabia
  • Krupp Hoesch, Bochum, Germany
  • Mannesmann Demag, Ratingen, Germany
  • Sammy Steel, South Korea

Upon request, we can produce gear mechanisms to the most commonly used standards, such as DIN, AGMA or BRITISH STANDARD.
